The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine is a global leader in veterinary education, research, and clinical care. Founded in 1884, the School is a proud member of the One Health initiative, linking human, animal, and environmental health.


Under the supervision of the Day Supervisor this person will provide nursing care to hospitalized large animal patients. Position located in Kennett Sq., no public trans. avail.


Level A: Must be a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, LVT, RVT or equivalent), or a graduate of an accredited veterinary technology program and eligible for sitting the boards.

Level B: Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT), and 1-3 years of experience.

Both levels require: Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively required. Must have excellent communication skills both orally and written. Horse handling skills are required. Must be able to work well with others. Computer skills required.
