The University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing is dedicated to changing the world through leadership in the science and practice of nursing since 1886. Research, develop and implement enrollment management strategies to recruit highly qualified students to the School’s programs as part of the Enrollment Management team; primary focus is on Graduate Studies. Coordinate and implement on & off campus recruitment/travel to increase prominence of the School’s academic programs internationally, nationally and locally. Read and evaluate applications to determine admission to Masters, PhD and Doctorate level graduate programs. Research, design and implement aggressive marketing and publications plans utilizing the web, social media and print media. Conduct ongoing and yearly evaluations of marketing and recruitment effectiveness through data analysis and research on nursing education trends and issues. Conduct ongoing follow-up with prospects and applicants through admission process ensuring the highest level of customer service. Prepare presentations and reports to assist decision support including cost benefit analyses in support of all marketing and recruitment plans.


Bachelor’s with 3 or more years experience in college level student recruitment and admissions or equivalent combination of education & experience, are required. Masters degree preferred, esp. in nursing. Strong background in marketing highly desired. Superb presentation and writing skills required with publications and web marketing experience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills. Prior enrollment management experience including data analysis and strategy development required. The successful candidate will possess initiative, be results oriented with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office as well as html and email. Familiarity with SRS and admissions database systems preferred.
