Duties

Penn Medicine is one of the world’s leading academic medical centers, dedicated to the related missions of medical education, biomedical research, and excellence in patient care. Under the supervision and reporting to the Senior Reports Writer at Penn Medicine Development and Alumni Relations, develop and produce ad-hoc, recurring, and on-demand reports for on office of over 110 staff members. Work with the PMDAR Operations team to enhance the reporting environment by consolidating, streamlining and improving the reports library. Analyze reporting needs of internal departments as assigned; determine and initiate improvements where required. Assist in the production of campaign benchmarking reports and financial reports. Assist with the internal training and information sessions program, and track and evaluate staff participation. Provide software support for staff, and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree( Computer Science preferred) , one to three years of experience in an academic or health care Information Services management are required; a Master’s degree in Computer Science is preferred. A comprehensive understanding of an academic advancement organization. Broad-based knowledge of desktop and network operating systems and applications; LAN management experience and programming experience in SQL and Seagate Crystal Reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within team; ability to determine, oversee and manage priorities; advanced analytical skills. Ability to staff events as needed.
