Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
Help design, document and maintain system processes. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer. Act as liaison between customers and the software development team. Translate business requirements to system/functional requirements.


Required: Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Applied systems analysis experience within a large-scale administrative computing environment with emphasis in applications and systems architectural design and development.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge across multiple technical environments and business knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated high level analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
Ability to work as an effective team member in support of the team objectives; ability to interact and communicate effectively with non-technical personnel, administrative users, staff, faculty and students, as well as professional Information Technology staff.
Must be self-motivated, and be able to multi-task and function in situations with changing priorities.
Strong requirements elicitation, specification, and validation knowledge and experience.
Demonstrated successful knowledge of major components of the Systems Development Lifecycle methodology in the context of major systems implementations, including requirements gathering and development of functional specifications.
Fundamental understanding of business processes. Experience providing support, documentation, testing, and systems analysis for enterprise-level applications.
Required EMR and ERP experience, including requirements gathering, test plan development, and requirements tractability.
Lead and influence others and successfully coordinate internal and external resources.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills, and product management skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, and Visio).
Preferred proficiency in Team works.
Experience with all facets of software development life cycle (requirements definition, system design, development, testing, deployment, support).
