School/Center Overview

Determine eligibility for participation in specific projects. Provide education to patients about research studies. Consent eligible subjects for study participation and obtain HIPAA authorizations. Prepare written correspondence to study patients. Follow-up with research subjects during the baseline and follow-up phases of studies. Administer research/clinical assessments/interviews and batteries of standard psychological tests and questionnaires. Keep accurate logs. Track participation of project participants.
Schedule visits. Create and maintain study forms, instruments, reports and materials. Conduct chart reviews. Participate in quality assurance projects to ensure data integrity, accuracy and completeness. Review assessments and reports completed by others. Enter collected data into centralized secure database systems. Prepare summaries of collected data.


The minimum of a High School diploma and 3 to 5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, especially in Social (e.g. Psychology) or Life (Biology, Neuroscience) Sciences. Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms required. Working knowledge of Excel, other Microsoft applications and SPSS required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and critical thinking skills as well as the ability to multi task required. Flexibility in work hours and work interactions required. Contingent upon continued funding.
